I just got my costume and wig yesterday and everything's perfect!! Thank you so much! However, the wig doesn't feel as soft as it looks in the photo and/or video. Would it ruin the wig to use any kind of hair products or hairsprays on the wig? This is my first cosplay so I'm still trying to figure out all this wig stuff. ;w;

hello kupo, yes, you can use the hair products or hairsprays to style the wig.

Oh , okay . Cause to me the video\\\'s one is like grey & the photo\\\'s one is pure white .. What I\\\'m afraid about is that when the product come is grey which is what I don\\\'t want D: Is it possible to get the one in the photo with the exact hairstyle & in pure white ? x.x

Hello Judy, the actual wig will be more like the photo, as we don't use any spot light when taking the video (that's why it will be darker color than photo), please don't worry about it. n_n

*The wig will be packed into bag, so the spikes will not styled (as this will totally destroy the wig during international shipping process), you just use hair styling clay & style the spikes after received the package will be okay. :)
